Côte d'Ivoire now requires mandatory electronic invoicing (FNE) for every tax regime. Starting a trial with NexaCore lets you verify from day one that your invoicing is compliant. Here's how to proceed in 10 minutes.
Step 1: Create your account
Go to nexacore-bos.com and click "Free trial". Enter your name, email and password. No credit card required — access is immediate.
Step 2: Select Côte d'Ivoire
Choose "Côte d'Ivoire" during initial setup. NexaCore automatically configures:
- FCFA (XOF) currency (UEMOA/BCEAO franc)
- Revised SYSCOHADA chart of accounts pre-configured
- 18% VAT rate (with 9% reduced rate for certain goods)
- NCC/IDU as the business tax identifier
- CNPS-CI with its pension, family allowance, maternity and work injury branches
Step 3: Verify FNE compliance
Since December 2025, any non-FNE-compliant invoice loses VAT deduction and expense deductibility. NexaCore generates invoices compliant with the FNE format — verify this critical element from your first trial day.
Step 4: Set up your users
Add your team members with their roles (accountant, salesperson, cashier). Each user only accesses the modules they need. CNPS-CI is handled natively — pension, family, maternity and work-injury contributions are computed separately.
Step 5: Create your first invoice
Go to "Invoicing" and create an invoice in FCFA (XOF). The invoice is FNE-compliant by default. Add a client, service or product lines, and submit. The SYSCOHADA accounting entry is generated automatically.
What's next?
Your 2-month trial gives you access to all modules: accounting, invoicing, CRM, inventory, payroll, point of sale and AI advisor. The AI advisor cites the Ivorian tax rules actually in force — never another OHADA country's.
