Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate company information and keep it up to date. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use NexaCore only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable OHADA and national regulations. You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that does not belong to your organisation.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your 2-month trial requires no payment card. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service — to run your accounting, generate documents and power your AI Advisor. We never sell your data. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Data we collect

• •Account details: your name, email, phone and company information.
• •Business records you create: invoices, contacts, inventory, payroll and related documents.
• •Usage data: how you interact with the platform, used to improve reliability and features.

6. How we protect your data

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on reputable infrastructure, and access is restricted to authorised systems and personnel. We keep audit trails of sensitive actions so you always know what happened in your workspace.

7. Your privacy rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You may also object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond promptly.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep NexaCore available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, CodingHQ Sarl is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes we will notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
